Today was 78 days sober....and of p90x. Ran a 5k this morning and posted my best time of 32:15...goal is to get around 30 minute mark. Did 2 p90x workouts afterwards. Only have 11 days left of p90x....will be the first time after so many attempts that I’ve actually finished it straight through. Gonna take a few days off from working out after that....but planning on starting again on Sept. 14....would finish around Xmas/New Years 👍🏻

Congratulations on78 days Hewson. It sounds like you must be getting really fit. I don’t really know what you’re talking about either lol but I understand workout to be exercise 
and it sounds like you’re doing a ton!

Day 102....still going. Restarting my workout program (p90x) and another 100 Day Challenge Monday....
my legal problems are still ongoing and I can’t drive yet so looking for a new job still hasn’t happened. Should complete my 2 main CPT courses by next week and the last 2 by end of September
