Great story Suze.
I have seen some comebacks in sporting history that simply defy the odds.
Reason why some think that God is a sports fan.

My goodness PJ! Your paining reminds me of one of my fave Margaret Olley Paintings - “Interior IV”, as if it’s part of that! Great work!

I'm done with the mask,BS, Wendy.
We're Americans and we're sick of wearing muzzles.lol
Thank goodness we don't have to wear them at work. Only in stores now. It's summertime here.
Hot miserable/ do nothing mask.

I still wear a mask most times outside. The exceptions are @ the doctors (because it freaks the other patients out) and band jams (cos it's tough to sing through a mask)

But shopping? heck yes.

I'm happy to wear a mask if it keeps other people healthy - and I hope others will return the favour.

If Nick wants to go back to work in his building masks are mandatory. If I was to go to the doctor or inside any pharmacy, masks are mandatory. All govt buildings, masks are mandatory. All child care workers, health care workers, supermarket staff. Amazon staff....etc.....so I am not sure who exactly is sick of wearing masks dear Bob. Well sick of, sure, but there are strict laws in Ohio.

Like Dee, Nick rehearses with his band and doesn't wear a mask then. When I realised he had to wear one in the office, I said gosh work from home....even though I would love my space back. I don't want him to have to deal with that.

The numbers are through the roof and getting worse every day....so I will stay home or just be outside in my neighbourhood without a mask. I hate them....I am very claustrophobic.

Anyway, just how it is for me. s xx

My art school have released a 14page action plan...I have not seen such a structured approach. Students have to read and sign online they have read this document- or results withheld. Includes masks and gloves.

The worst part about wearing the mask is fogging up my glasses as soon as I breathe lol. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for nurses . We don't have to worry about wearing them as much here now as we have had no new covid cases , unlike America ...geez.
it's incredible how many people are still dying over there.
Anyhow, stay safe my dear American buddies xx

Yeah I don't want to fight with anyone.
Everyone wants this to be over...but its not and won't for at least another year I reckon...and that's if we're very lucky with finding a suitable well tested vaccine.

we have to pull together on this.

Morning Julyer Buddies

Wolfie, good to see you.

I’d like a complete bubble over my head if I have to go out and near other people at all. The one like Suze put on SR a few months ago. That would suit me fine.

Off for a walk around Normanby Country Park this morning. Before it gets too hot. (And busy)

Take care and be safe. xx

Another successful donation of my hard made blood yesterday. There is a need (and when is there not?) for more blood with covid. Apparently the RedX donor centre has not had to turn donors away with possible covid- but have had covid recoverers donate to help others. Time for me to rejoin humaning. I had a rather nasty bout of my major depression in the last few months..to which the comfort food of chocolate was in place....much better than booze.
