Oh Bob, losing long posts is the pits!
Croutie, still in my thoughts, darling one.
Leshar, thinking of you also. Hope you have friends calling it checking up on you.
Snooz, don’t forget we are here for support and don’t want you to get shaky again on sobriety!
Suze, hope this week is better than last. I’ve had to start exercising even more to boost my endorphins. Also gave up sugar. It’s helped.
PJ, how are you doing??
Pete, thinking of you too.
Dee, hope lockdown is ok for you too.
Mags, big hugs!!Â
Love to all. Hope I haven’t missed anyone.xx

Glad you are being proactive about your health, Snooz.I haver had a mildly hellish week- the crushed vertebrae made it's displeasure known, and at the other end- where- apparently all the intellygents is- the 'head', it decided to go out- and support the other sore bits with a hellish migraine.
I think I will do a great deal of research and find someone to blame for everything.

Bob, so good to hear from you, i hate losing long posts Im glad you are spending more time at home. You work too hard xx
Croutie I think of you everybsingle day sweetheart
Leshar , love to hear from you honey x
Nice post as always Crois x
I had bloods done this morning, so will get my results in a day or 3 , fingers crossed.I am looking forward to not being so fatigued and getting this cough sorted.
Its been 6 months since Claire died and memories came up on my facebook.. a mix of emotions , i miss her but glad she is not suffering anymore.
Suze, i made my own hand sanitiser today. It cost me about a dollar to make 250 mils. I used 3 thirds cup of metho , 1 th8rd cup of freshly cut aloe vera from my garden and 20 drops of lavender oil. I used tea tree oil last time .
Smells lovely.
I didnt even consider the alcohol content as you mentioned in 24 .A bit thick...or maybe ive come a long way, ill take the latter lol .
Dee how are things with you buddy ?
Its so good here in Adelaide. We officially have 14 covid free days . Thats just FANTASTIC.
Thinking of you all xxx

Mags, thanks for EVERYTHING XX

I posted to you about the hand sanitiser in the 24 love.....apparently sans alcohol doesn't fight the virus. Not my thoughts.....might be worth looking it up.

Really glad you are feeling healthy and happy and positive dear Dee.

Dee it's so lovely to hear you are chipper. You deserve to be my friend. That happiness rubs off :-)
Hi Bob, hope you are feeling more uplifted soon. I think its hard for people who are so used to routines , suddenly being dormant.
Dee never appoligise for being happy lol

No Dee, it was all tongue in cheek.Just joking around, but hard to express in a post.

My daughter Rebecca finished up her senior year(online) at PCC in Florida. I am very proud of her. She graduates tomorrow with an online ceremony. She was on the Dean's list every semester. Seems like 4 years just flew by. I am very glad she is home and safe with us during these turbulent times. I look forward to seeing where the Lord leads her in the future. Congratulations, love you!

Hiya Julyer Buddies

Bob, congratulations to your daughter Rebecca on her graduation.

I hung some flags at our window today for VE Day. Been watching many stories of men who fought in the war. There’s been a lot of celebrating and dancing in streets. (Not where I live but a lot of places).

I ordered some meat from the butchers which will be delivered on Tuesday. I really like the local deliveries. Â I pay mostly online, they leave it on my door step and knock on the door and leave. I shout ‘Thankyou’, It’s kinda novel and weird and a bit mystique to me. I guess it is to everyone.

Hope everyone is ok and staying safe and well. Bob, it does feel a bit like Groundhog Day. Never sure what day it is because they all seem the same.

Take care. xxxx
