Happy Tuesday! I am in bed, checking my boss in listening to my girls throw tantrums while getting dressed with my MIL. I cannot be two places at once but I’m glad she can help. It’s hard to see her face when they say they only want mommy to dress them. I would be upset too. Today is their last day with the girls.

im checking in for 24. I need a vacation after this week!!!

It’s 7.30am Wednesday morning and HOT here, it’s the start of my 21st day sober, which I’m very happy about

Still here folks, and no question about my sobriety, although I’m guilty of not checking in daily as I had been doing. Very grateful to see my name still on the list, thanks Dee and everyone else who make these forums possible...

I’ve had a couple of days away in Derbyshire ‘s Peak District with someone special. Beautiful scenery that makes one feel humble and somehow small and insignificant.

Lots of long dog walks, homemade casserole and open fires all added to the sensation of calm and serenity back to work and reality tomorrow and if I’m honest, not feehnj;
