It's a beautiful autumn morning here in Scotland. I love this time of year 💕
I have my second counselling session this morning. Feeling a bit wobbly to be honest, so going to the right place! I'm not thinking of drinking, I'm just emotional and really tired still. I wanted to be posting more recently but just doing what I can manage. I just don't want to fall away from this.

Morning all. Its 9.04 am here in the UK, Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean. Congratulations to those celebrating a milestone, my thoughts and prayers go out to those suffering and struggling.

Fell off the wagon when they sent my dad home from hospital after his stroke without any aftercare, appliances etc sorted (for those outside the U.K. who don’t ‘get’ our health service, some of this would be supplied free and some means tested on a sliding scale). Yes, just an excuse.
Been back on the wagon since Friday evening which meant when my kitchen ceiling stated to fall down Sunday morning I felt well enough to get the flat tidy before the letting agent came round Monday morning!
Today my HRT disc wouldn’t turn. Possibly only menopausal women will get this - but so much harder to open when you haven’t got the pre-HRT ‘aggression’ to get the blasted thing open! I did AND without cutting myself which would have happened if I’d been under the influence 😂
Anyhow, 24 for me please
