Today I will live sober and not complain about the cold or wind.

Stomach is better. I'm glad I got my flu shot.

6:44am here and I’m signing up for another 24. Today is a bank holiday so I plan to send the girls to school and come back and take a day for myself. Coffee, a movie, reading and a nap!! Enjoy everyone and congratulations to everyone celebrating milestones today!!

Good morning all. Monday again and it's a grey wet one. Just finished my work for the day and I am going to have a nice quiet relax again. I seem to be craving peace and quiet so that is what I am going to prescribe for myself.
I am still very sensitive to getting in a state about quite trivial matters but my mood has lifted so I feel a little better equipped to cope. The fear of not being on medication also seems to be easing off as I prove to myself that I can manage bit by bit each day.
