Good morning Marcheros, Usual morning routine here, which means starting' fluid in hand.
After the food discussion yesterday, I couldn't help but think of Casey having pizza for breakfast - something I wish I had right now. Hope your long day at work went okay!

Breakfast = toast and vegemite. Gosh.....I need some Aussies right now to be awake and back me up. 
Actually, why do I think that Dee doesn't like vegemite? No idea why that is in my head......but really, breakfasts here blow my tiny mind....we don't do the big card thing in the am in Aus....much more oats (porridge) and healthy breakfast cereals, fruit, yoghurt, smoothies.....and of course toast and vegemite.
I need more coffee....

Enjoy your Aussie breakfast Venus. Hey do they do the beans over toast in Aussie land? I know "stuff" over toast is a British thing but just wondered if they like that in Stralia too!

Baked Beans is a major staple in Aus and the UK....and it's the same beans....Heinz....and they are different from the ones here because you can get them just in tomato sauce no garlic or anything else...I order them from the UK. Nick LOVES them....we do my dad's traditional UK Sunday night dinner.....sausages (thin, good quality, no garlic, spicy) with baked beans and fried eggs.
Baked beans on toast was something we grew up on as an easy snack dinner....especially as kids.

I've never had vegemite - I only know it from that Men At Work song "Down Under".
Decent day - pretty low key, and I'm trying to stay motivated with my work efforts but admittedly just a modest amount of stuff done today. I get a little worn out, like everyone, but when I slow down I feel kind of blah about everything. Hoping things turn around tomorrow!!

Sounds like you might be tired dear MITA
I know when I am tired that I am absolutely fine while I am all go go go, but when I stop it hits me and actually feels like depression. Tired is a BIG trigger for me, and the one I really need to watch in HALTs.

Mornin' friends. You're right Purp, it's startin' fluid time. Got my first cup and got biscuits in the oven for a sausage 'n biscuit breakfast.
Venus I'm thinking about ordered me some beans and vegemite just to check out what I've been missing.
