As a recovering alcoholic, I am an addict with an addictive personality. I had more than one addiction, but they all fell by the wayside when I quit drinking. Still have the cigs to give up, but don’t think I’ll ever give up coffee lol.
I’m on a fairly strict diet because of my cholesterol level, watching what I eat carefully, adding Omega 3 and Hawthorn Berry to my daily intake to try and get the cholesterol under control without having to resort to meds.
Because of who and what I am, I know I can’t eat or drink everything I want, but I can eat and drink anything I want as long as it doesn’t interfere with my moving ahead in my sober, healthy life.
