Ha ha!! That quote really made me laugh. Sorry I've missed a few days ... Thanks for keeping me on the list Suze. I've spent the weekend at a yoga retreat in the middle of nowhere. No wifi... No phone signal.... No TV.... No noise .... No stress. .. loads of yoga. Total bliss. Met the most incredible people there. Think it's going to take me a while to absorb everything I learnt. Heard a lovely quote at the retreat that I want to post but I'm too zenned out right now to remember it. Tomorrow morning when I'm back at work and my brain is hopefully back in gear, I'll remember and post it. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xx

Changing my check in back to early evening. That’s my problem time, not in the morning, and unfortunately I slipped Friday. Still, back in the saddle and committing to 24 more!

Sounds to me like you know your triggers well....changing up your times to work better for your recovery is a really good idea....I know for me....first thing in the morning and now....dinner time-ish, early evening.....I need to check in at those times....especially on Sundays. They are my trigger days....but 'nuff about me....just proud of you for knowing yourself and happy that you are here with us....you have all of our support....every single day.
