Thanks for the new thread, Dee.

Kathy, I hope you get some relief from the swelling today. Sending hugs from Canada and lots of love.

I thought we could go for a winter morning walk through the forest, from the comfort of your recliner of course. I'll bring the hot chocolate to drink along the way.

It was 4 years ago today that I watched as my Dad breathed his last on this earth. That experience profoundly changed my way of thinking of death.

Dear Kathy, the way you are handling your situation reminds me of him. What a beautiful life lesson you are providing for us all.

I wish you plenty of comfort in the days ahead.

Kathy, I hope that the nurse will be able to provide some help for your legs!

Wonderful that you heard from the young man. You are making a difference in his life, I’m sure.

I can tell I’m going to have to type my inmate friend’s letter into my computer if I want to save it. The prison issues the world’s cheapest, pulpiest paper—plus the only writing implements the inmates are issued are those little 4” wooden pencils that golfers use to fill in their scorecards! I’ve only handled it by the edges, but already it’s getting smeared.

My legs are actually quite a bit better this morning, thanks.

Not good—but no thigh swelling, and no pain standing on my legs.

I hope the nurse figures out what is causing the swelling Kathy, and has suggestions on how to relieve it. Thinking of you !

Or.....perhaps you could take pictures of it with your phone love.
That would be quick and you could blow them up as large as you like.

And late good morning.....be right back.

It's good that you have less pain today in your thighs.... I am really hoping that the nurse looks at the benefit of the fluid pills for you today.

Good morning Kathy, would a pedal exerciser help at all with your legs? You could sit in you chair and keep your legs moving.

And typos just give a message more character I think.

I'm glad you legs were better this morning. Let's hope the nurse can make them better still.

I agree that we couldn't care less about typos. We read you loud and clear, Kathy!
I'm very relieved there's an improvement with the swelling.
Sending so much love.
