Hi everyone, so sorry to hear about your friend's son Delilah. What an absolute tragedy. I can't imagine her pain. Breaks my heart.
Yes, Red... if I can't exercise, I can feel my positivity fizzing away. I've got a chest infection at the moment and it's so bad I need to listen to the doctor's advices and not run. 4 days of not running and my mood is much lower than usual. Took the dog out earlier for a long walk and that helped a bit but I can't wait til I can get running again. ... 3 more days...
So one of my email accounts has been attacked by some ransomware thing?? I don't really understand it and to be honest, the blackmailer lost me at 'bitcoin'. He/she helpfully included some description and information about how to use bitcoin but I got bored reading it and couldn't be bothered to read to the end. Also, because I've been ill I haven't been checking that email account every day and it seems I've already missed the deadline to pay the mysterious bitcoin to the mysterious blackmailer. Don't even know what I'm being blackmailed for. I think it's a scam. Aren't there some strange people in the world? From now on, whenever I think I'm acting a bit crazy, I'm going to ask myself this question .... 'have you sent an email today to a total stranger explaining how to use bitcoin?' If the answer to this question is 'no'... I can rest easy knowing that there are far stranger people out in the world than me. No judgement of them.... just my observation and opinion.
