10:57 pm in California and checking in for another 24. Today was a busy, but productive day. I started the morning walking with s friend, then spent several hours cleaning the harage, and then met another friend to walk another 5 miles. My step counter was over 20,000, and I walked 10.5 miles today.
I am pooped, and I'm sure my feet will hurt tomorrow, but I feel very accomplished, and our garage looks spacious and clean!

Morning gang!
Up early getting the girls really for their jollies. 10 days!!!
But much more special than that it's Hannah's birthday today. 16!!!!!!
Wow it's a milestone birthday for sure and I'm so proud she's becoming a lovely young woman. Makes me even more grateful to be sober and present. She'll be gone spreading her wings in a couple of years so our time together is super precious.
Yesterday we ate like beasts! Ice cream parlour for lunch and an Italian meal for dinner. Yum yum! Worth the inevitable weight gain I shall definitely go to the gym after work tonight!
Neoo!!!!!!! Proud of you mate go for it! I'm still on high nicotine liquid in my vaper......might go down a notch when I order some more. But then again.......

Pushing myself...but learning wisdom (well a little). I was gonna do art, then a meeting, then gym....but my head went migraine..so I decided discretion is the better of part of valor, came home and had a migraine med, good food and rested. Perhaps I may get to a meeting tonight.
Stupid head.
Once- I would not have even noticed a migraine- with oblivion and booze. That is worth something.

Good morning everyone. Its coming up to 9am here in the UK. Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean.
Today I am celebrating 3 calendar months sober!!! I am going to make fairy cakes to take to the meeting tonight. Anything to keep me busy. Even if my fellow AAs have to get fat.
Congratulations to all those celebrating a milestone. My thoughts and prayers to those struggling. And a big welcome back to those who temporarily went astray.
