Neoo - When I quit smoking decades ago, I started by trying not to smoke just one day a week. I noticed that when I didn't smoke for over 24 hours that the "taste" came back to my mouth and that when I had that first cigarette the taste in my mouth went bad - like really, really yucky. I was eventually able to use my desire to have a "clean taste" in my mouth to completely stop smoking. Good luck!

Wow it's a milestone birthday for sure and I'm so proud she's becoming a lovely young woman. Makes me even more grateful to be sober and present. She'll be gone spreading her wings in a couple of years so our time together is super precious.
Yesterday we ate like beasts! Ice cream parlour for lunch and an Italian meal for dinner. Yum yum! Worth the inevitable weight gain I shall definitely go to the gym after work tonight!

Pushing myself...but learning wisdom (well a little). I was gonna do art, then a meeting, then gym....but my head went migraine..so I decided discretion is the better of part of valor, came home and had a migraine med, good food and rested. Perhaps I may get to a meeting tonight.
