Class of July 2013 Part 52
It was coming down hard for a while.
Maybe I'll get a few pictures later. Our coast is being battered by winds and downed power lines. Over 200K without power.
We're nice and toasty relaxing by the stove.
Hope that this is the last snow of the season.

I took my friend out for her birthday dinner last night. There was a prediction of light snow, but it seemed like nothing, so we weren’t fazed.
But as it turned out, the whole rest of the area must have been fazed, because we had the entire restaurant to ourselves, with extra-attentive service!
She had a really good time. She just bought a house in Florida, and she will be retiring there on April 17, so this is probably the last birthday dinner we’ll celebrate.
(By the way, we got about 2 flurries. A lot of hype for nothing!)

Flying is the same except for all of the Post 9-11 issues. Lots of standing in lines for scans (body and carry-on), maybe some dog sniffing, shoe and coat removal). There are some exclusions and limitations to carry-on iems. A Google search will give you all of the information you need.
Hi Julyers
Not a lot happening here. I start back to work Monday , 2 hours a day for the first week then 4 hours, all being well. Hopefully I will be able to manage it.
I’ve just bought a large cat carrier to house both my cats when we visit the vets.
Hi Leigh, peace and love to you also lovely lady xx
