Class of July 2013 Part 52
Hi Everyone,
Bob, so happy to hear Mrs. Bob has completed her treatment.
I hope everyone is doing ok. My challenges continue unfortunately....the long fingered karnly hand of addiction has certainly turned our life upside down. DH discovered yesterday DS created new email address and mailing address for very important bill, that only he had access to, so we wouldn’t know he was many months behind in payments.....we’ve no idea where the money went. So disappointed and sad.
Obviously, looking back, we were too trusting.....you just don’t expect your own flesh and blood to do something like this.
Don’t know what’s going to happen when he gets out of treatment and is told he won’t be working with us anymore.....it won’t be good.
Looking forward to watching The Masters this weekend....such a beautiful course. I don’t play golf but I certainly appreciate the scenery!
Support and hugs to all,
Croutie

Croutie, sorry your son has done things behind your back, I hope he can keep on the straight and narrow when he gets home.
Take care of you and your husband, sometimes it can affect the families more than the addict.

Maybe you should tell him the bad news now so he knows exactly what he’s facing on account of his addiction. Maybe he’ll hit rock bottom, and he’ll still be in a place where he can get help if he wants it.

I am so very sorry to hear this and for the pain and disappointment this has brought to you and your husband.
Love to you, dear one.
