Finally able to wake up early again now that I am not eating sugar! Got out of bed by 4:45 and today I started my first day of morning mindfulness. I was lead to a great page with affirmations and picked this one:

"Everything I need is already inside of me."
I wrote it in my brand new journal. 55 times and will do this for 5 days before picking a new one.

Then I wrote down 5 things I am grateful for.

It took 17 minutes and it put me in a great state of mind. I think I will go take a shower and then go do some yoga in the basement. I want to ride this wave as long as I can.

Solicitor called I have to appear in court on Monday morning but case will not be heard until April as he is in High Court..It is becoming a joke at this stage

Neoo, I agree that is nothing but a joke! Ireland must’ve based there justice system on the US system!

I know Jsm well at this stage no point worrying about it..I see people on my local news site that are in court with 80 previous convictions how on earth did they get through them so quick
