Finally able to wake up early again now that I am not eating sugar! Got out of bed by 4:45 and today I started my first day of morning mindfulness. I was lead to a great page with affirmations and picked this one:
"Everything I need is already inside of me."
I wrote it in my brand new journal. 55 times and will do this for 5 days before picking a new one.
Then I wrote down 5 things I am grateful for.
It took 17 minutes and it put me in a great state of mind. I think I will go take a shower and then go do some yoga in the basement. I want to ride this wave as long as I can.
