PJ, you are another one I wanted to post to yesterday. I am so proud of where you are in your journey, and how hard you have worked to get there. You deserve every good thing that is happening. I am glad you're settling into your new place.

Thank you for the kind words, Dels. A big part of any growth for me has been SR. Having no family and a carefully collected small group of friends (mainly from recovery and meetings) SR gives me a light to follow...as to what people in everyday life do and think. The recovery program I finished 2 weeks ago was full of emotional intensity and high drama. This place helps ground me with people who are 'average joes'. Very good stuff.

Hi cornpone, glad to see you and this *is* going to be your last day one. Enough is enough with the evil alcohol. Time to live out here in the sunshine. Get a plan and don't drink no matter what.
Weev in for 24 more at 10:14pm - looks like bankruptcy is my only option. It's only when you sober up that you get an understanding of how far out the sea alcohol took you. It's going to take a long time to put this right. A rapacious creditor, seems appropriate today.

I have known people who have had no other option but to file bankruptcy. It offered them a new beginning; they seem to be very financially stable now.
I believe that it will be the same for you.
