That's an amazing story, PJ. It is hard to close doors, but more ALWAYS open. Always. Look forward to that.
FBL nice to see your face! Two years? Congrats!
Saskia your story of relapse is a reminder to me that there is no room for complacency, ever.
I'm starting rock climbing FINALLY. Took a course last week and went bouldering with my friend yesterday, going climbing on Tuesday. It's awesome and HARD.
Went on a date on Saturday, it was really nice! Nice guy, an artist. He just graduated from the school I'm applying to, he's a mature student as well so we have lots to talk about.
School is becoming more and more a reality.
Have a Mellifluous Monday! (Why not?)

Morning overs

Ooh, I just checked outside when Fbl said he had Snow....we have too! I’ll have to replenish the bird table and hangers, there was lots of then yesterday on the tree. The cats and myself enjoyed watching them...for very different reasons.

Hope it’s a good day for you, overs.

Hey Overs,
I have shocking news. I actually looked forward to going to work today. That sure is a big change from two years ago, when I dreaded Mondays, and usually rolled in late, or not at all.
What a difference a mere two years makes.

OOTL- yeth..I am close to 2 years.
Thank you all for the kid words.
Well folks, I am moved. A little sunburnt and very sore. Only one plant base broke. The only thing missing is the salt.
14 hour day, 100F today.
My friend hired a truck- like need a truck license, not just a car. Which is just as well= be-c the furniture he and his wife gave me took up a lot of room. Very nice stuff.
My neighbours are mostly elderly, and I have already met most of them..some even knew my name b4 they met me.
It is a little weird..made sure lots of water and good food.

PJ, happy for you that your move is over

Inpar, you are sounding more chipper these days. Great to hear you are doing things other than working constantly - life’s too short for that.

Mags, how are you doing?

Have a terrific Tuesday, Overs!

PJ, glad the move went well.

Light dusting of snow here last night. Weatherman says more snow on the way. We went the whole month of January with little to no snow, making up for it this week.

Have a Terrific and/or Tolerable Tuesday, overs!

Good morning folks.

PJ I'm so glad you are moved. Now you can take your time making it "home". Your neighbours sound nice.

We had a bit of snow overnight as well to add to the accumulation we have. I've got a day off work but a busy one all the same. Have a good one everyone

Pj, congratulations on the move! I’m so pleased it’s all going well.

I’m ok thanks sassy, getting better all the time. I just can’t rush about like I used to or those reins round my lungs say Woah girl, stop rushing!. Hope you’re ok sassy ?

We had a flurry of snow again but not for long. It hasn’t settled but it wasn’t half funny watching the kitties trying to catch it through the windows.

Inpar, I’m glad things are going well for you. The climbing sounds fun!

No snow here since Christmas. We actually had a white Christmas, and then . . . . nothing. . . mild temperatures and pretty heavy rain at times.

I am with you Suze, I was tied up all weekend and Sunday was Superbowl, then our favorite network show "This Is Us," then the news and then a live Stephen Colbert late night show.
Monday the dental work was the order of the day and then my home driveway alerts ran out of batteries!

BIG NEWS! IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES SPACE X LAUNCHES THE FALCON HEAVY TEST FLIGHT BROADCAST LIVE HERE:

HISTORY BEING MADE IF IT DOESN'T MALFUNCTION - ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY. T minus 7 minutes now!

THIS IS THE ROCKET THEY WILL USE FOR THE MOON AND MARS FLIGHTS GO SPACE X!
