Honestly getting worn out on this holiday seaseason already...feel like I keep getting in situations that really test my resolve. I haven't caved but it's really been a struggle. Christmas is a stressor for so many of us.
You can opt out of much of the madness; you can politely decline invitations with a true promise to get together after the holidays.
Try to stay calm and focus only on what is important- sobriety, serenity, peace.

I'm sure there will be lots of other suggestions on here, and I am looking forward to getting some new ideas as well!!!

Drinking a Love Story: Caroline Kano
Blackout: Sophia Hepola
Drink: Ann Dowsett
