Nitey night Casey! My sleep pattern is going through a creeping change. I'm goin' to bed later and later and gettin' up later and later.

Need to change that. It's almost noon here and I'm just now having sausage and biscuit breakfast!!! LOL

BBG, nice job - it feels good, doesn't it?

Enjoy your day - have a big bowl of broccoli or brussel sprouts

That nap was just what I needed.

How's everyone doing? Gonna pick out a movie to watch. Still haven't seen anything horror-y in October yet so maybe that's the direction I'll go.

Well, some of the jokes in Big Bang Theory are so bad that they count as scary, I think.

The Cowboys is fun and comes from an even better book.

I have been watching a doco series by Rob Red on the West. It is good- but has been made with some of the falre you see in Hollywood westerns. A good take on hisyory is the way...

you know how doco's use experts to add credibility and respectibility to the film? Well Rob does- but then a Hollywood actor will pop up with a series line about history and instead of the credentials (like Prof this or Dr that) running down the bottom of the screen- it gives a Western movie that actor has been in.

After all..

' Life is like a stage.................coach'.

Probably my favorite Western of the 2000s is Australian--The Proposition. Great movie.

Well, I didn't watch a horror movie but the next closest thing--a Barbra Streisand movie, What's Up, Doc? It was OK, I guess.

My AV is whispering but it won't win. I'm already in pajamas and ain't donning trousers and going to the store no matter what.

Good luck and good night, BBG.

Gonna put on another movie and try to wind down myself. I didn't drink today. One point for me. Thanks!

Good luck with the car, BBG. I cringe whenever I have to take mine in.

Hope the next movie is good, Casey. Have a good night.

I've had a pretty good day so far. Looking forward to watching the rest of this World Series game. All tied up right now, 4-4. Busy day on tap tomorrow, so a clear head will come in handy

Sam, hope things get better for you. Hang in there!

Bobbie, I'm kind of scared of taking anything like ambien for sleep. If I take some benedryl, I go to sleep fast but wake up in a few hours. Also, benedryl sleep is not quite real sleep for me. I have hit or miss results with ZMA, but at least it's healthy! I've come to believe it's a physical activity thing. I think I need more movement - nothing crazy hard, just moving around.

Have a great day everyone!
Thanks MITA! Yes....a gentler approach would be nice. I'm pretty banged up. I am so freaking stubborn too. I'm tired of fighting though. I really do surrender.....
