Mish/Nish. I love it. It's perfect!!
I'm not sure exactly what I did, but my low back is all f'd up this morning. I can't stand up straight, I can't bend down - heck, I could barely roll over in bed. I'm working with Dr. Advil at the moment. I've had plenty of injuries in my day, but this is a new kind of deal for me. Pretty painful. Ugh.
Anyway, drinking won't help, so I won't drink today!!

Trying to decide if the somewhat healthier nutrition facts on this turkey sausage are worth the not-as-good taste. Work in a bit. Probably laundry after that. Since it's Sunday, maybe they'll have the television on football instead of a certain news channel. I can dream, right?

Hi!
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check in and say I had a slip again Friday. After a long discussion with my therapist and sponsor, they want me to take a break from all "cyber support", turn my iPhone OFF and open the Big Book and other recovery material.
What I have been doing isn't working so I may as well TRY!
Although I am still making it several weeks at a time without drinking, the firm foundation is still not there. I need to change things AGAIN. I am not ever giving up though!
I will check in once I have something positive to report.
Love you guys! Never give up!

Well I’m having a great morning. My wee one got up at 6:20 on the dot as usual. He always gets in bed with me and snuggles for about 30 minutes, not gonna lie, I love that. Today he went back to sleep all snuggled up with me. That never happens!!! 😍😍😍
I need to finalize my thanksgiving menu today. I usually have my siblings over but this year I just don’t feel like hosting. I’m still making enough food for an army though. Hubby is smoking a turkey so my oven is freed up 😁
