Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check in and say I had a slip again Friday. After a long discussion with my therapist and sponsor, they want me to take a break from all "cyber support", turn my iPhone OFF and open the Big Book and other recovery material.
What I have been doing isn't working so I may as well TRY!
Although I am still making it several weeks at a time without drinking, the firm foundation is still not there. I need to change things AGAIN. I am not ever giving up though!
I will check in once I have something
positive to report.
