I won't drink today either! My "two day vacation" has officially begun....I'm poking around at AA meeting schedules; haven't been to one in quite some time. I may do an online SMART meeting since I haven't been there in a while either....I don't have any immediate urges, but I can tell the AV is lurking with the holidays approaching.....

Hi guys!!! Well I’m back at potty training the wee one. It’s gonna be a “crappy” day 🚽 I am so dang tired of changing diapers though. I definitely won’t be drinking today.....I might want to by the end of the day though. 😂

Ok so I'll host a competition. To be in the running you have to post a new Mish avatar for me by the weekend. Then collectively we will vote for he one that fits me best. Then the winning Avatar will be displayed for a week starting Saturday.

Big decish tonight folks. Have been skirting around this for some time. The only person who could not see the obvious was me. BUT I had to make this decish for the right reasons.
I am dropping running 2 meetings a week for just one. In the time/day of one of them- I will now go to the gym, and go to an art class- both free thru the recovery program. Saw my doc, had also an assessment and met bruiefly with a hpysio- to tee up future goals. My time in this program is ending...BUT the gym and art I can still do, and will now look to ME in the future. Someone pointed out perhaps I was doing so much at meetings out of a sense of duty. I think this is right. I do not enjoy running 2..it takes up about 8 hours a week. It gets draining and I get nothing out of them now. So not quitting, but redirecting. Life is not just about not boozing- or hanging around people talking about not boozing. And yes I get there is more to it than that. But it fits- I need to redirect my focus on my physical health..espesh since the burns are beginning to contract, and I get weary easily- despite the huge amount of walking. I need resistance training.
So there.

Duke Nuke'em also comes to mind.

Quick morning check-in. Still in a cranky mood so I'm gonna review my "case." Gotta steer clear of those "f-it" moments. They can hit hard and fast.

Been awake for 30 minutes, still trying to work up the energy to actually start coffee and get in the shower. Or start coffee in the shower. there's an invention that needs made--a coffee maker for the shower.
Work in a couple of hours. Reasonably short shift. No plans after that.
Stay sober. It's better.

Good morning everyone. I am S L O W L Y drinking my startin fluid because when I’m done the wee one gets back into underpants 😬 I hope this cup doesn’t take me all day to drink 😉
