So glad you posted Snoozums!
Angie has chemo every week? My wife goes bi-weekly and is now half way through her 8 treatments. She just went for her 4th yesterday.
It's day by day here and we're getting by ok.

You know, people might think that this would be a trigger. All this stress and challenges. But, as you know it seems to be the opposite. It repels me knowing how useless I would be to my loved one in this time of need.

So infuriating to write a long post and it just disappears.....
Now I'm short for time so I will just give each and everyone of you a big virtual hug and tell you how important each and everyone of you are to me.
((( Leshar, Snooze, Mrs. Bob)))
Had to put my dear little dog to sleep yesterday, so obviously I'm sad. Staying close to her sister with hugs and cuddles....
All the best my dear ones,
Croutie

Sorry to hear that Croutie.
Perhaps the best thing to do if this continues to happen is to highlight, copy. That way it's saved so you can paste it again into a fresh message window.

Hi gang.
Just thought I would check in and see how everybody is doing.
I worked some overtime this morning till noon. Then spent some time shopping with my daughter. My wife doesn't leave the house much now.

We had a nice visit from our Pastor and his wife. They dropped off a bunch of pre-made food and gave us lots of support and prayers.
It's nice to have all the support. Thanks

Hope to hear from all my classmates.

Oh Croutie, I am so very sorry about your little dog darling.

It's so hard when we lose them as they are a member of our family. I hope the hurt heals soon lovely

I know that feeling of losing a long post arghhhh! So frustrating.

Bob, I'm so glad your wife is having limited treatments, it will be over before you know it and well and truly on the way to recovery they caught it nice and early it seems xx

Angie has done 3 weekly treatments for 3 months. Now she is doing every Monday for the next 3 months and then the day that finishes she starts 8 weeks of radiotherapy every single day ....sigh poor love.

She's doing it tough that's for sure .

We just have to hope that there will be light at the end of the tunnel for her and thanking you all for your prayers.

Leigh I hope you are ok lovely. It's very quiet when you don't post xx

Much Love to all you lovely julyers xxx

Relaxing with the wife in our screen house in the back yard. We've been watching all the flying critters like, finches, humming birds and butterflies. Got up and managed to snap a picture of this guy on the butterfly bush.

Well, I've made one more wildly enthusiastic convert to ANZAC biscuits!

A couple months ago a guy was scheduled to bring the snack for the community group meeting. I had planned to make my batch of ANZAC biscuits that day, so I told him not to bother bringing cookies, because I had the most delicious cookies in the world.

But I ran out of time and didn't end up making them, so he had to buy cookies after all.

I promised him I'd give him a sample next time I made them.

I made them Saturday and gave two to him Sunday.

He just e-mailed me that they were fantastic, and he wants more!

The group is going to have a barbecue later in the month, so I'll bake another batch then.

Hi Mags,
Thank you for thinking of me. It's very hard to lose a companion of 18 years. I still have her Sister, so she is getting lots of cuddling, as I know she misses Kiki.
It's very quiet around here these days, isn't it? I hope everyone is ok, just busy.
Sending best wishes and hugs to you sweet Mags,
Croutie

Glen Campbell passed away today.
One of my favorites. RIP Glen, thanks for the music through the years.

I was sorry to read that, too--but I understand he didn't recognize his family anymore, and hadn't for a long time.

I used to love his show when I was a kid, especially when he and Johnny Hartford would play.

Really good to hear that your wife is getting along okay, Bob, and that she is halfway through.

You are a good man, Bob.
