Gonna goof off a little this afternoon and catch a ball game. I did not even think to check if they had a no drinking section - most parks do these days. Still, I'll be fine - water or coke for me, that's all !!

I know some people here would prefer not to re-visit the posts from a year ago but sometimes they help (me anyway) to curb cravings or shut AV up.

So you can tell I'm old and never take pictures on my phone as I discovered that foot pic was taken last June 8 because it was still on my phone and was one of only 15 pics I have stored on there.
I'm also old because I still have the same phone I had a year ago. In fact, my phone is now three years old and wasn't the newest/most modern version when I first got it.

I've thought about maybe doing a weekly post where I go back and read/review 5-10 pages of old posts from here. Think it might be helpful for me but then I remember there were some not-so-good moments in there and not sure if I want to revisit those.

This time off has been good for me but I'm actually thinking about heading back to work tomorrow if I can pick up a shift. Hmm...I'll make that decision later today.

Checking in on my way home from work. I have been cranky all day. Lol. I mustn't be cranky often because everyone kept coming to my office making sure I was okay...my boss included. Lol. Not sure why I'm cranky but being mindful of it nonetheless.

How's everybody doing? Just had dinner. I'm listening to some loud music with another online friend while I read. Music can be a little bit of a trigger for me but I ain't gonna stop listening to it so need to learn to deal.
For now, I'm gonna hold out and not work until my next scheduled shift on Sunday. I got this time off for a reason, might as well stick to it.
