Checking in for 24 hours. Its interesting how my mind always searches for something to worry about, if I let it. On reflection, I realise this isnt about worrying but about being self-centred. To let go of worrying, I simply need to expand my horizons and think of others. Which is easy but not instinctive. So, for today I will try my level best to solely focus on benefiting others.
Congrats to everyone celebrating a milestone ! I am delighted as ever to see familiar names alongside mine. Its like being in a strong and safe raft with good friends by your side. Let the weather wreak havoc, for we will be safe together!

Yes, it is I think. Have you tripped along the pink cloud too ? I found that my emotions roller coastered for a long while before settling down.
Dont worry, as Kris says, it will pass. Just be mindful that its temporary !

I don't know about the pink cloud, I haven't really had an easy day yet, I've been positive at times though... maybe I'm just a bit mentally and physically fatigued. I'm all over the place! Just can't pull myself out of it but not tempted to drink and will try to patiently wait for it to pass.. thank you too for the reminder that this is temporary.
