I'm up, wide awake, clear headed and ready for another sober day. One day I'm going to look back at all these sober days and think, "yeah, some of those days in that first year were so hard. But look what you achieved. Look at the awesome sober life you've built. Well done 2017 me for doing all that hard work".

Good morning,

Hope you feel better soon, Jo.

I have been awake since 2 worried about things in the future--how about I break it down into the 24 ahead? It's hard to do, but stress builds up otherwise. I have been worried about things that might or might not happen. Funny. So what if all that actually does happen? There is always a way around or through all of it. Bad habit.

I will make this a good day. I think it's 45 or so. I just need to relax and have faith. I didn't drink yesterday though I was afraid I would. Now I don't want to . Tired and a bit anxious but everything will be fine.

Have a great day, and please post away or reach out if you start to struggle. Many are here to help. I am so grateful for that.
