Checking in for 24 hours. Its interesting how my mind always searches for something to worry about, if I let it. On reflection, I realise this isnt about worrying but about being self-centred. To let go of worrying, I simply need to expand my horizons and think of others. Which is easy but not instinctive. So, for today I will try my level best to solely focus on benefiting others.
Congrats to everyone celebrating a milestone ! I am delighted as ever to see familiar names alongside mine. Its like being in a strong and safe raft with good friends by your side. Let the weather wreak havoc, for we will be safe together!
