Morning Julyers, hope you're all well and had a good nights sleep or going to have.
As I get older I appreciate my bed more. When I was in hospital I couldn't sleep in strange surroundings and different noises and then sleeping in a room with 3 strangers! The doctors were concerned I wasn't getting any sleep, I said I'd be fine once I was home. But this doctors words made me think. He said how important sleep was and we couldn't function properly if we didn't get right amount of sleep. Obvious really but sometimes, it being said out loud makes you realise how vital sleep is......giving our our bodies time repair themselves, renew and regenerate.
I'll get off my soapbox now!

I've just bought a juicer. Hubby had a go last night and mad a concoction which made his face squirm in disgust! Lol. I think need to match the right ingredients, and I looked on a juicing web site and have seen many delicious looking recipes. So looking forward to having a go!

Hello adopter's. Hope all are okay. Winter is not coming- it is here, gets cold. In auto pilot at the moment- support in place- doing meetings, eating okay, actually sleeping a little better. Plus CBT homework, art 9got 2 master pieces in the planning- careful planning, not just draw- paint. BAM! Finished). It takes 'patience and layers'.

Had a beautiful weekend myself.
Phoenix, best wishes with the CBT. I did it just over 10 years ago, small, but very important bits I still use when deep anxiety hits. It's having the presence of mind to use it is half the trick. But just like sobriety, it's a concious choice.
