Morning! Spent yesterday in bed. Woke up to intense pain in my jaw...went back to the dentist....dry socket. Blah. Anyways got some pretty strong meds and slept the day away. Going to work today for a half day and see how I do. I just feel miserable. Blah.
PJ - horse yoga sounds interesting. Might require some further investigation. Elephant yoga sounds like it might be more suited to thrill seekers. Lol.

Beautiful, summer-like day here. May have to dig out the shorts?!
Met with my sponsor yesterday and worked on the first step. There is no doubt that I am powerless over alcohol and that my life has become unmanageable. Felt good to write it all down and share it with someone who gets it.

B- is there a day- for celebrating the fact there are so many days celebrated?
Hoping your h/ache buggers off. Why not, now- stand up- arms firmly open in a geture to the heavens and shout 3 times 'HEADACHE, BEGONE! BEGONE! BEGONE!'. If that does not work- others will get worried about you and suggest you take paid leave for the rest of your life.

I'm sure the headache will go away soon. It is much better than it was.

Hey Marchies!
OMG I am SOOOO tired. Something is wrong with my husbands CPAP machine and he sounds like a washing machine ALL NIGHT LONG! I feel hung over but without the headache, nausea and all the painful junk. I might just sleep on the couch tonight!! My couch is actually quite comfy but I have plantation shutters on my windows so light comes screaming in at 6:45 am down stairs and I am SO not a morning person.
