Sounds tasty Goat! I may try that sometime. So a few questions for you two....
What bread is best? How is the chicken prepared? Is it sliced fresh avocado and tomato? Any particular condiment.....mayo, vegemite? Do you put it all together and then toast it like grilled cheese sandwich?
If I'm gonna try that famous 'toastie' I want it to be authentic!
Gonna go find the pics of your place.

The appliance is a sunbeam sandwich/panini press.....awesome!!!! It also opens up flat and you can use it to grill steaks or fish or whatever....
Spread margarine on the outside of the bread...turn over one piece....spread thickly with avocado, add chicken (as much as you like) and then lay tomato slices gently on top. (I say gently because I am being silly ).
Cover with top slice of bread, and insert into sandwich press (after pre heating of course). Cook. Eat....but not too quickly, as it is very HOT.
Toastie by Suze. Thank you.
And the swing is just fantastic. Sigh. I looked for quite a while to find that swing.

Now that's a recipe I can follow. And I may stick with the nice crusty sourdough. I've got Briar's chili and now V's toastie!
I have a wall fountain and sometimes leave the water out and use it as a planter.
Happy Thursday. Work calls.......
