I posted this at the very end of part 28 so I just wanted to repost it on part 29. :-)

Sooooooo......I read through all the posts from last 24 hours and only had a chance to respond to some of them!
Have I told you guys how much I love our class!!!???
I have this "visual" of all of us on a life boat in the middle of the ocean all huddled together. We are holding on to each other tight as we sail away from our miserable alcoholic lives. Together we are so strong that the ocean current can't take us back to that terrible life!
We laugh together, cry together, heal together......
We all come from different backgrounds, different parts of the world and may not have ever encountered each other had it not been for the one thing we all have in common....we are recovering alcoholics.
Because I got to meet all of you and all the people in AA, I can honestly say I am grateful to be an recovering alcoholic! Because people in recovery are some of the most special people I have EVER known!

Hello friends. I managed to stay very busy today after waking up and not feeling very good (as expected). Play date for DD with a good friend of mine and her kids, then DD and I hit the mall for a few hours to get her a hair cut, get some last minute clothes for school, and then dinner. It was a good mother daughter day. I'm very tired, so wrapping up day one will go off without a hitch.
I started my new job about three weeks ago and it is going well. I have a lot to learn and it will keep me plenty busy, which is a good thing. I can give it my all in sobriety
