Sorry you are feeling this way. Early sober days can leave you feeling a bit down and anxious and wondering. The longer you can manage to stay sober, the better you'll start to feel. Just breathe and treat yourself kindly. Perhaps a meeting, calling a friend, PM one of us here, doing something that will make you feel good, ( a massage, an ice cream, a good family movie) will help lift you out of the doldrums. Know that nothing stays the same. This too, shall pass. Pray and meditate. We're here for you NGB. Sending you Light and Love.

I follow a Buddhist meditation practice (Lam-Rim) and yesterday the topic was 'a meditation on exchanging self with others'. The meditation concluded with 'today in all my activities, I will practice seeing others as important and cherishing them. In every interaction I have with them, I will focus on their well-being rather than on getting something for myself'. I made that my resolution. A few hours later, I had my resolve tested! An amazing coincidence which made me feel blessed. I hope to fulfil that resolution to my best abilities !
Another 24 hours of serenity, wisdom and sobriety pls ! Its 9:54am here !
