I'm not doing much better so not really in a position to give advice. However, on this site somewhere is a thread about urge surfing. It's really helpful.

Lillian took a tumble in her sobriety. Ever lose a map when someone opens the car window?....WOOSH! That's where over four months of sobriety just went. 
So....day 1. Starting all over yet again. I'm an idiot.
Here we go though. I am committing to 24 hours of sobriety here at 7:30 pm in San Diego. The earth will turn and I will watch it with eyes wide open...with a melancholy but grateful heart.
