Yeah, Suze. I'm not really worried about it anymore. It's become my new norm. I've learned to do all sorts of things now. Little tricks of the trade I suppose. The one thing that always applies and works though is don't ever drink. Nothing's ever worth drinking over. The more time that passes the more alien getting high becomes. Still not immune though and we're all just a drink away. Good to keep that in perspective.

Leigh, you're missed here but seems as though you've got lots on your plate and in typical fashion have devoted yourself to the support of another. What a blessing you surely are to them and what a blessing of sobriety that you can do so.
Suze, your trip's getting so close! My sis is in SF and at this moment is en route to Muir Woods. Did Alcatraz yesterday, Yosemite before that, and they're having a blast. You will too.
I hope things are well with your busy schedule and the driving thing phoebe. Makes my head spin, but we now have only little one to be driven about and with my work most of that falls on my wife.
Just up from a nap. What!? Not typical for sure but haven't been home long from a colonoscopy....
. Spent half this weekend "preparing" 
! Now to schedule a general checkup.....haven't had one since 1998 but promised myself I'd follow through before November.
Yeah, I think I need some more nap.....Welcome to the 50s Mark!

Hi Mark love, I have a fair bit organised now...I'm pretty different than some people though (which you may have noticed
), not into the huge touristy things. I will go to Alcatraz though, and stick right in the middle of the tour group, and be the first back on the ferry, all the while thanking God that I never went to jail. And that I no longer operate my life on the edge of legality, waiting to be caught....
