Hi Del - I can absolutely promise you that things can do and will get better...feelings change, things pass, and situations change.\

whenever your AV tries to tell you it's not worth it because things will always be hard...kick its lying beastly butt.

If you won't listen to me listen to George

Check in when you are back Del! No missteps. You have to much to lose by giving it to drinking nasty ethanol! Dont forget the seltzer and chocolates!

Del - Don't forget to check the Easter section, Treats are 80% off today. A friend brought me a giant chocolate bunny for the nicotine withdrawal. I know you're not much into the sweets but worth a look anyway?

When I get busy and begin to move extremely fast at work I create so much friction that my hair catches fire.

Lol this made me laugh. The things I have bought online while drunk!! What a joke.

No one say what yummy delicous dessert you are going to make but plan something. Something to look forward too. And we will vote whose sounded the yummiest! Day 30 for me today! Oh and I did have my first drinking nightmare last night. That was it, I was drinking and completely unhappy and so happy when I woke up!

I love this idea of the dessert bake off. Count me in.

Del.... Check in!!!

Congrats on 30 PHRD AND APPLE!!!

Thanks badger! I'm glad I talked to him and stopped my angry over thinking!

OOTT.... At Christmas, I bought 2, $100 dollar pillows online, they are horrid! And one night I joined a wine club, spent $100 on 15 bottles with a monthly shipment of 12 bottles, $176 a month.... Here's the kicker..... I'm not really a wine drinker, I was a beer drinker.

I'm glad to be past those days!

Del, really, please check in.

I'm back guys. I'm home.
I made it. Thanks to you guys. You guys made all the difference in the world today. If I didn't have you to fall back on I'd be drinking right now.
Thank you guys so unbelievably much. I love you all. You were my strength when I had none.

I feel so much better. Not great but a lot better. I need to go back to the drawing board before I get sucked into the black hole again. Can't keep doing that every day.

Loved the George song Dee
I'm kinda pathetic in the junk food department lol. But picked up some jerky and TONS of pop and and other fizzy drinks.

I of course, made the appropriate hand gestures on my way out of town. The gvt isn't getting my money through the devil water tax today.

You sound a thousand percent better now Del. It's important to eat and not get run down, because I think that leads to mental fatigue that leads to relapse.

You're right Oott. We stopped and got some garbage food at the golden arches on our way out of town.
I feel disgusting now tho. But better than other things.
I'll take grease over guilt any day.
