Class of February 2016 Part 10
Knb, look at your feet! You are here today! Worry about tomorrow when you get there.
You know we are not going to judge you.
But think of these things:
How will YOU feel about yourself?
If you CHOOSE to drink?
Will it make you feel better? No.
You know we are not going to judge you.

You do care. We're humans and hardwired to our emotions
LOOK AT YOUR SIGNATURE!!!
Live in the solution, not the problem.
It's ok to feel bad. shipoopy feelings and bad things happen. We don't need to drink over it. You can do it!

Knb - no judging here, you know that. Keep posting.
JL I understand. But just because you feel like you have failed, does not a failure make of you.
Maybe try making a list of positive things you have accomplished every day. Whether mentally or written down. If you write it down you can look back on your lists to gauge where you're at and where you want to get to.
But I do think right now it's important for all of us to take inventory of what we accomplish every as positive reinforcement. Gives us more strength to keep moving forward.

Hi all i reached 1 month yesterday. Having alot of stress at work lately and today i almost gave in to having a drink.
Luckily i resisted the urge and went straight home. Ordered a take out delivery to stay away from any shops.
Off to bed at a ridiculously early hour. Hope i feel better after a good nights reat to reboot the system and to get focused again.
Reading all the posts does help alot. I will be popping in regularly in the next few days for support. Luckily i have a week holiday at the coast next week away from the trigger of a very stressful job.

Sadie, Del, JL, OOTT, Apple .
You guys were a life saver. Thanks so much for putting some sense into me and caring. I could give you all a massive hug. My sponsor (as usually )wasn't available when all this kicked off. She never is. I don't see the point in her to be honest .
Anyway when I collected my son i could have turned left to the supermarket or right to go home . I went right ..as fast as I could. I ran into the house, told my son to please not talk to me for at least an hour, changed into my gym gear and got on that treadmill within five minutes of entering the house.
I ran 45 mins solid. Sweating like mad. I ran the AV out my system. Thanks for that tip OOTT. So good to exercise and listening to music. Goosebumps on my skin. My first song was Freedom by Farrell.
I passed this one but there will be more to come.
I can now update myself on everyone's post.
