Oh heck yes. I do the exact opposite of what my mother did. But Im the exact opposite type person to her anyway. Cold vs Warm. Self Focused vs Child Focused. Disengaged vs Engaged. Selfish vs Sacrifice. You get the idea.

One of my motherly flaws though however, is the you know what. Ive never driven him in the car whilst intoxicated, never been stumbling drunk when hes around etc (Ive had a drink or two - yes, but not drunk per se). But I have slightly pushed him aside so I could get some drinking time (farmed it out to his fathers for the night). And I have been bad tempered, intolerant and impatient toward him because Ive been craving and want him into bed quickly so I can drink etc. That type of thing. Not great, but not a bad mother either.

Proud of you.

Sadly, I think its a common theme Sansa. And many mothers/housewives hide it well. Enjoy getting your house all tidy. I always love looking at it afterwards :-)
