Class of May 2015 Part 8
SR - the class thread, the gratitude threads (AM and PM) and the 24 hour thread. I also did some AA meetings, which I don't love the program but I did love one meeting in particular so I suppose I'll be going back to that again.
I think it's the gratitude threads that do the most for me. For some reason I get some time under my belt, then I get busy and start letting it slip and not doing it every day. It only takes 30 seconds, so I need to be more vigilant about that this time.
I also just downloaded the daily reflections. I think doing a few little things every day is the way to go - if I try to do too much it seems a little over whelming, but if I can do a lot of little things throughout the day to remind me I think I'll do better.

Well SR certainly worked for me but I made a point of speaking to & helping Newcomers mostly.
I found that my advice was pretty good, I just didn't take it very often.
