One of the big changes I've made in my own recovery this time is asking for help as soon as those cravings hit instead of trying to fight them off by myself. Give us a chance to help you help yourself! Wishing you the best today...

Another mammal that is very fascinating, is the naked mole rat. While they aren’t exactly what most people would call cute, they have many unique traits in addition to being hairless. While they can live up to 30 years in captivity, one of the unique things about them, is they don’t get cancer. Additionally, they are resistant to pain from certain chemicals.
I always look forward to seeing each and every one of you here! I hope to see you all again tomorrow!
