It's a (bacon) wrap: How about a deluxe deep-fried bacon-wrapped cheddar hot dog on-a-stick? Or perhaps some deep-fried bacon-wrapped Tater Tots on-a-stick? Or for the purist: deep-fried bacon (bacon chunks battered, deep-fried and served with dipping sauce). No, bacon is not going away.
Banana-fana: Sweet Chimi-Nutella encloses banana, Nutella, cinnamon, pecans and powdered sugar inside a flour tortilla, while the Fat Elvis on-a-stick features a peanut butter cup in banana batter with -- what else? -- bacon.

have volunteered for our State Fair since the 1980's.... try not to over do the number of days or foods.. so 1st day a cream puff.. 2nd day Cattlemen Assoc ribeye sandwich 3rd day baked potatoe yummm 4th day waffle 5th day pulled pork sandwich.. 6th day will have to be pizza.. but that always makes me sick a day later.. so maybe not this year.. and music kids from one stage to the next... the lady clown in me eats it up the night the lights and smell of the fair.. coffee just a big cup of joe ekekekk need a nap and coffee.. ahhaahahah
