. Courage/S. For the snapping green beans photo..... My earliest memory of doing this were at my dear relatives farm in Tulare, CA. Early 60's. Aunt Myrtle let me help her in the prep for dinner, snapping the peas. I felt very grown up ( I think I was about 6). Good stuff!
I'll be checking in for the next 24 hours of my recovery . I'm very happy that I live a life worth living ....thanks to my HP, AA, and you all here on SR.

Tea For The Tillerman has always been my favourite Cat Stevens album.
He actually wrote it from his hospital bed...he was very ill, and thought he was dying. Anyway....

I've had the opportunity this morning for a 10 minute meditation on gratitude. (Thank you Deepak Chopra). I feel as if im beginning my day in a whole new way.
What if your centering thought for the day was "all good things bring gratitude"?

Congratulations to all the milestoners ...their long stretches of sobriety encourages and heartens me. It helps me to strengthen my resolve
