. Courage/S. For the snapping green beans photo..... My earliest memory of doing this were at my dear relatives farm in Tulare, CA. Early 60's. Aunt Myrtle let me help her in the prep for dinner, snapping the peas. I felt very grown up ( I think I was about 6).
