Oh mystified I like endure I did it for a year. Thank you for sharing.

I'm just getting on SR.....something big happen today?? I guess I better go read the news. Dane congratulations! It really was a beautiful day today. We live pretty close to the foothills ( ha, I call them mountains ) and boy they were sure 'purty' all day!
It is that time again to be accountable .....
I'm in for the next 24 hours of my recovery. If it was left to me alone, I wouldn't be able to be here today . I'm very grateful to my HP, AA, and each one of you on SR !

Our work in recovery is to move beyond just existing and into living yes?
I ruminated a little on endurance yesterday. I missed the distinction between enduring and endurance I think. To me there is a difference, albeit a subtle one. Endurance is a positive quality. It shows us what we're capable of. Enduring is that thing we do when we're holding on from one moment to the next.
Enduring and existing have a similar feel to me.
I want to live, fully, not just exist, but having the capacity to endure when necessary puts a useful tool in my box.
Congratulations to everyone celebrating milestones today.
Love and prayers for anyone suffering or struggling. If that's you, reach out, we're here for you.
