Blueberries are good and good for you! But there’s more to them than that. Did you know that blueberries are one of the few fruits native to North America? And that there’s an entity called the US Highbush Council (“the Council”) (Blueberries - Recipes and Growing Tips | Blueberry Council | Little Blue Dynamos) which is a Federal Research and Promotion order. That may mean that it’s a lobbying group for the blueberry industry, or it may just be a bunch of blueberry super-fans!
My favorite way to eat blueberries is with good plain yogurt and a little brown sugar.
