I agreed good philosophy and yes we can tell, keep doing what ever you are doing is contagious I want some of that.

I try to get outside in silence for an hour a day, minimum. In the summer it's really easy and enjoyable. I loved mystified's blackbird story, and Solarion's Pema Chodron thing - there are so many lessons in nature. Thanks for that
