I'm pooped, if my cats will "let me" I hope to sleep in tomorrow. I'm also going to my 1st appt. at my local Kaiser to see a therapist. Of course, I'm still with my 12 step program and doing the work with my Sponsor. I just feel I need another tool to help me on this path of recovery.
Yes, I will be signing in for the next 24 hours of my recovery. I'm grateful to my HP, AA, and the love & support from SR.
Bobbi.

Happy Monday to you all. I hope everyone has a good day.
Another quote this morning:
**you can't change your life if you don't change your thinking.**
I have no idea who said this first, but I first heard it at a mlm seminar last summer. It struck me as an Important Concept at the time but it didn't really feel possible for me (to change my life by changing my thinking).
I've learned a lot since then, and while I can't say with complete honesty that my life has 'changed' it's a whole lot different that what it was last summer.
That phrase is something that applies to us don't you think?
Congratulations to the milestoners, you guys are a true inspiration.
And if you're here and committed to staying sober just for today,
It's 5.30am here in the UK and I am checking in for another 24 on this, my 90th day of sobriety. Thank you sr for helping me change my thinking in order to make that possible. Onward!
Those of you on day 1 or 6 or wondering how you do that: one day at a time in a row.
