It's eye opening to come to McDonalds with my dad. The staff here knows and loves him! He knows them by name! They were surprised to learn that I was his daughter. He's like a celebrity here!

Tomorrow came.

Since http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...13-fallen.html I've been wandering among sobriety, moderation, and drunkeness.

Got the new job, moved to Atlanta, was doing pretty good at controlling myself. Then they downsized me. I didn't lose all of my control but I got much worse.

I started keeping a journal of my drinking, feeling, thoughts. I started researching. In my sober moments, I made a plan.

Then my dear 70-something parents unknowingly pulled a page right out of the RR methodology. Knowing my plan was not doable while I was uninsured and underemployed, they offered to pay for it and made a doctors appointment for me. As long as I did it right now.

So, a very good office visit, a prescription, and a counselor referral later...I'm back.

Hi, Trach!

My dad has always had a way with the ladies. When he first moved in with me, he was juggling three girlfriends at once! None of them knew about the others!

Trachy, great to see you back. It's been a roller coaster for a few of us, but a great group to b around.

Good morning Marchers It's another windy blue day in paradise and we are having some "pleasant" temperatures Sass.

Trachy I am so very glad to see you. It sounds like you have a great opportunity at the moment, how are you going?

Life I am glad to see you pop by.

Mr Marcher continues to make good progress, he is walking twice a day and working about two thirds of a day.

Have a good day peeps.

This explains his popularity at McDonalds.

Hey shoes! Junior is still growing and happy. Just had the one. He's almost the size of that rock he's on in my avatar.

Hi all,
Nice to see another Marcher 2013 return, and hi Life...good to hear from you!

Crazy but good day at work...I am going to watch a DVD of the old tv series, House, season 2... good stuff.

Shoes: Juicing is good, and your ingredients sound really healthy.. hope it gives you the results you want.

Later.

Trachy!!! What a wonderful surprise to come on and see you here! It has made my day. Junior has grown into one handsome boy! I remember how supportive and caring your parents are, I am glad you found your way back here sweetie we all missed you!

Shoes, not a flip-flop, a bootee!!

Gilmer, I've never met your dad and I think he's a charmer!!

Marcher, you poor frozen wee soul, my heart bleeds for you!

Budd, I've taken to booking the early recording sessions so I jog ( shuffle puff hobble) earlier in the day, though it is still too flipping hot ( either that or I am still too flipping fat and unfit!)

Life. Good to see you, how are the meds going?

Hi Sass

1day I like House too!

Have you recovered from your birthday celebrations? X

Catch y'all later!

Welcome back Trach and glad to hear the turtle is well.

Also good to hear Mr. Marcher is on the mend.

Quick drive-by - teaching all this week and off-line all next week as I head to the Jersey shore for vacation. Big love to all Marchers!

And a quick drive-by for me. Spent yesterday huffing and puffing dragging 4 big rugs downstairs and into my car, ouch! I am so tired of moving! I want to stay in one place for a good long stretch! Splat!
