Mariah - oh gosh no worries. When they're both talking my ear off someday I'll relax lol. My kids sometimes do the stretches with me during workouts. It's nice to have them aware of muscles and well- being isn't it?!
ST - def start a list of discussion points. Do not let that appt just fly by without your voice being heard!

Good morning all!
I am headed out to the funeral in a few hours. My Mom will be with me. We have a little ways to drive to get there so I am looking forward to some one on one time with her. My kids like to hog her attention.

DD, that sounds great, I think I might proclaim my adulthood as well. Say goodbye to the grades, and hello to jazz and blues, I love it. Perhaps it'll help get my mojo back. Thanks for the inspiration.

I was so excited about playing in the dirt last nite I couldn't sleep... Step one is done. Kat, it's hot here too- can't work outside past 10.
Chick- so glad to read your posts. I missed about your loss but saw the funeral mention. Thinking of you (and you Soli) today.

Boring day here, no news Is good news perhaps, I need a new hobby tho...I was gonna go to the beach after breakfast and before work tonight, but in a short amount of time convinced myself that I would look like a looser going to the beach alone, so I didn't lol...so silly too I kinda wanted to bring one of the books suggested to me here and just relax, the beach is pretty damn big too I could have been alone...gotta ditch this self defeating type of behavior
